Regulations:

**Violation of ANY of the regulations listed below will result in the loss of your $500 security deposit.

PREMARITAL COUNSELING:
The use of counseling is a vitally important and required step for all engaged couples to complete before their ceremony. Your Officiating Minister will arrange your premarital counseling.

WEDDING COORDINATOR:
Our wedding coordinator meets with the bride and/or groom prior the wedding at least twice; helps to direct the rehearsal and wedding; keeps in touch with church personnel involved with the wedding; opens the building prior to the wedding and locks up after the wedding. All communication will be directed towards the Bride & Groom.

BUILDING:
- Saturday weddings and receptions must be finished and out of the building by 6:00pm.

- Friday weddings and receptions must be finished and out of the building by 10:00pm.

- No alcoholic beverages allowed on the premises (indoors or outdoors).

- No smoking or vaping allowed on the premises (indoors).

- Only dripless candles may be used and the floor must be protected with plastic.

- No real flower petals may be thrown inside the building.

- No glitter, rice or bird seed used inside or outside the building.

- No furniture or decorations within the building may be used or moved without the prior approval of the Wedding Coordinator.

- No damage to the contents or premises of the campus.

- All wedding fees are due 90 days prior to the wedding rehearsal paid at the church office.

- All reception fees are due 30 days prior to the wedding rehearsal paid at the church office.

- We understand that requests to decorate prior to the wedding are subject to scheduling availability.

- We will not hold Madison Park Christian Church responsible for any injuries or damage while we use the facility. We assume responsibility for any damage to the facility (including all breakage) while using the facility. Any damage to the facility will result in the loss of your security deposit.

Personnel Fees must be paid by all individuals using the building for Wedding Receptions 30 days prior to the wedding date.

I understand that prices are subject to change if custodial is required to spend an inordinate amount of time cleaning rented space and other affected areas after event. *
